Project
Strengthening Unit (PSU)
The components at a glimpse:
* Training
* Monitoring and Evaluation
* MIS/documentation and research
* Reporting
SUS provides need-based training
for its groups to build up the working capacity of the participants.
In this respect, they also coordinate with the government
to use their existing facilities. On the other hand, the PSU
also trains our own staff on a regular basis. Using up-to-date
knowledge is an integral part of our responsibilities in the
field. The cell also collects data on program activities in
order to enable managers to track the progress of the respective
program. Furthermore, they conduct research, i.e. about women
empowerment and child labour, to increase our understanding
about the complex reasons for poverty and to develop new approaches
to overcome them.
